Carlos Regúnaga, PSI Vice President in charge of the Argentina office, led a delegation of Argentine corporate officers and legal counsels to Washington, D.C. and New York City. The delegation was sponsored by the Club del Progreso de Buenos Aires and the US Embassy’s USA-Argentina Inter-Organizational Liaison Office.
