Armand Peschard, the CEO of PSI, and Glenda Umaña (former CNN Español host) led a workshop for Panamanian media on how to cover the May 5, 2019 elections in an era of disinformation. The workshop was sponsored by Panama’s Electoral Tribunal, the US Embassy and the International Foundation on Electoral Systems (IFES).
