PSI CEO, Armand Peschard, led a Technical Mission to analyze the technical aspects of Mexico’s July 1, 2018 elections. The mission was sponsored by the Intern-American Institute for Human Rights (IIDH) and the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) as part of a technical accompaniment
agreement with Mexico’s electoral authority—the National Electoral Institute (INE).
