Identify and Assess Operational Risks

Identify and assess risks that could impact employee security, costs, operational certainty, and potentially the share price of our publicly traded clients. PS International’s proven methodology analyzes the following nine operational risk factors, depending on our client needs and the business environments in which they operate. PS International not only identifies and assesses risks but recommends risk-reduction measures.

Assess, mitigate, or manage security risk to employees, operations, and supply chains, such as of theft and sabotage.

Risk Mitigation and Management Strategies

Importantly, in addition to identifying and assessing operational risks, we also develop and recommend strategies to assist clients in mitigating risks or managing them, if they have already manifested.  These include:

  • Integrated management systems that incorporate environmental, corporate social responsibility, health and safety, and security components that are “fit for purpose” for the specific conditions at the site.
  • Assimilation of the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights into operational and pre-operational sites.
