Carlos Regúnaga, PSI Vice President in charge of the Argentina office, led a delegation of Argentine corporate officers from the province of Mendoza to Washington, D.C. and New York City. The delegation was sponsored by the Club del Progreso de Buenos Aires and the US Embassy’s USA-Argentina Inter-Organizational Liaison Office.
