We are pleased to announce that our firm’s Vice President, Kim Breier, has been appointed to serve as a Member of the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Policy Planning—which reports directly to the Secretary. During her five and half years with Peschard Sverdrup International, she was a valued member of our team that led our analytical work on Mexico, Argentina and Chile.

In her new capacity at State, effective as of today, she will be applying her analytical skills and knowledge of the Western Hemisphere to counsel the Secretary of State on the region as well as play an integral role in policy coordination, planning and formulation.

PSI CEO, Armand Peschard remarked, “I could not think of a more qualified and dedicated policy practioner to help conceptualize sound policy towards the Americas and oversee its implementation.”
